This is a suit for the dissolution of a joint venture in a real estate development and for an accounting. The trial court dissolved the joint venture and directed that its assets be sold and the profits divided, 50 per cent to plaintiff Taylor, 25 per cent to plaintiff Hilton, and the remaining 25 per cent to be divided equally between defendant Dallas Jackson and his former wife Margaret Jackson.
