OPINION BY MR. JUSTICE ROBERTS, March 16, 1973:

On July 13, 1970, appellant, Larry James Phelps, pleaded guilty to robbery, burglary, larceny, armed robbery, prison breach and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Subsequently, he was sentenced to undergo imprisonment for 2½ to 10 years and pay a fine of $10.00 plus the costs of prosecution.
