The International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW) and Local 174 bring this action for breach of a pension plan agreement against Anaconda American Brass Company, Inc., under Section 301 of the Labor-Management Relations Act, 29 U.S. C. § 185.
