Plaintiff, Lillian H. Rufer, is seeking judicial review under 42 U.S.C.A. Sec. 405(g) of a final decision of the Appeals Council of the Department of Health, Education and Welfare upholding the hearing examiner's decision that the "Claimant has not established that she is retired within the meaning of the Social Security Act" and is, therefore, not entitled to Social Security benefits after deductions for excess earnings...
