OPINION

MASSEY, Chief Justice.

The Lewisville Independent School District and the City of Lewisville obtained judgment for delinquent taxes against Betty M. Stein, Individually and as Administratrix of the Estate of R. L. Minyard, Deceased, Barbara Dian Meyer (nee Minyard) and Bob Lee Minyard, and for foreclosure of tax liens, plus amounts as attorney's fees. From such judgment an appeal was taken.
