On March 13, 1972, the bankrupt was discharged from his debts. After that date his creditor, Sears, Roebuck and Company, sued the bankrupt in a state court on a prior debt and received a judgment in its favor. The bankrupt then moved to have this bankruptcy case reopened and the judgment declared null and void. The matter was reopened and the creditor was ordered to show cause why it should not be held in contempt...
