OPINION AND ORDER

PER CURIAM.

On July 5, 1970, a passenger aircraft operated by Air Canada crashed near Toronto International Airport, fatally injuring one hundred passengers and nine crew members. Since the time of the crash 34 wrongful death actions have been instituted in the federal and state courts. Some of these cases were filed in the Central District of California and several additional actions were either removed to or transferred to that district...
