This is an appeal from an order revoking probation.

On November 6, 1967, the appellant waived trial by jury and entered a plea of guilty to the offense of theft by false pretext of over the value of $50.00. The punishment was assessed at five years, but the imposition of the sentence was suspended and the appellant was placed on probation subject to certain terms and conditions...
