This appeal is from an order denying the prayers of the appellant, Glynn County, for the grant of an interlocutory injunction and dismissing the complaint on motion to dismiss. Glynn County, Georgia, filed five complaints against five different parties. The allegations and prayers are substantially the same. They were consolidated, and the ruling made by the trial judge is applicable to all five complaints.
