This is a summary judgment case. Appellees' partnership, an insurance agency, provided insurance coverage for vehicles owned and operated by appellant's leasing agency. This suit was brought to collect sums allegedly owed for premiums on those policies. Attached to appellees' motion for summary judgment was an affidavit of Howard G.
