Ronald Charles Auger was indicted for failing to submit to induction into the armed forces in violation of 50 U.S.C. App. § 462.

Defendant registered with the Selective Service System on December 21, 1966. He was subsequently deferred because of his student status. On July 30, 1969, the defendant requested SSS Form 118 (Dependency Questionnaire), and, on August 13, 1969, he returned the completed form...
