This is a tort action by John Claiborne Kennon for damages received in an automobile accident on January 18, 1970 at the intersection of Goodwill Road and U. S. Highway #80 in Webster Parish, Louisiana. Made defendants are Mack Leon Walker and his liability insurer, Continental Insurance Company.
