Schoeff, Appellant, for personal injuries resulting from an accident while Pauline McIntire was riding in an automobile operated by Dolores M. Schoeff. Gerald McIntire filed a separate suit for medical and hospital expenses, loss of wages, and loss of consortium and services of his wife, Pauline.
