This action arises out of a multi-auto collision which occurred on Highway No. 218 approximately 3 miles south of Austin, Minnesota. Bertha Bastianson died as a result of injuries suffered in the collision. Her husband brought an action for death by wrongful act against Walter Roy Forschen, Nancy Jean Gaul, and Mavis Eleanor Bell, and individually, brought an action...
