The issue here is whether the Board of Appeals committed reversible error in sustaining the examiner's rejection of claims 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 15 and 161 as unpatentable in view of certain prior art under 35 U.S.C. § 103.

The invention relates to a method of manufacturing laminated wood core members and a method of making a plywood panel embodying such a core member.
