STEPHENSON, Justice.
This is an appeal from an order granting defendant's motion for summary judgment on the ground that plaintiff's cause of action was barred by the two and four year statutes of limitation. Plaintiff, Joe A. Irwin, had sued defendant, George V. Basham, Jr., for profits arising out of some real estate dealings in which the parties had been involved.
