The defendant, Jacob Baker, appeals from a jury conviction of aggravated crime against nature, La.R.S. 14:89.1, for which he was sentenced to serve ten (10) years in the State Penitentiary at hard labor. On this appeal the defendant relies on one bill of exceptions taken to the trial court's denial of a motion for new trial on the grounds the evidence failed to support the verdict.
