OPINION AND ORDER

LATCHUM, District Judge.

Robert T. Crosby, Jr., petitioner in this habeas corpus proceeding, was tried on July 13, 1971 in the Superior Court of the State of Delaware in and for New Castle County and convicted by a jury of selling a narcotic drug in violation of 16 Del.C. § 4725. He was sentenced on December 1, 1971 to serve a fifteen year term of imprisonment, to pay the costs of prosecution and fined $5,000. The conviction was affirmed...
