Bisset, Ky., 411 S.W.2d 50 (1967), reversed the case with the following directions: "Upon remand of the cause Goss and Chic Goss, Inc., shall be given judgment for the value of the property wrongfully taken from their possession and the trial court shall also determine what, if any, further damages they may recover under the pleadings...
