This case involves the ownership, or the percentage of ownership of each of the parties, in a tract of land. The jury found that Mrs. Brock, the appellant, owned an approximate one-fifth (1/5) undivided interest in the land and that Mrs. Gerlach as executrix, appellee, owned an approximate four-fifths (4/5) undivided interest in the land.
