This is an appeal from an opinion and final order of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County (1) dissolving a preliminary injunction, (2) sustaining defendants' preliminary objections, and (3) dismissing the plaintiffs' complaint.

Suit was instituted by the filing of a Complaint in Equity by four individuals on behalf of themselves and all other residents...
