This case is the result of a decision of the Gloucester County College Board of Trustees not to renew the teaching contract of plaintiff Leonard Katz for a fourth year, the granting of which would have carried plaintiff into tenured status under New Jersey law. N.J.S.A. 18A:60-1 et seq. Suit has been instituted against the board and President William L. Apetz in his official capacity seeking the reinstatement of Katz as a member of the faculty...
