This case is before us on appeal from a decision of the Superior Court of Baltimore City where Judge Sodaro granted a motion for summary judgment after concluding that this cause of action for professional malpractice was barred by the statute of limitations. Maryland Code (1957, 1972 Repl. Vol.), Art. 57, § 1. Consequently our primary task is to determine whether any factual issues exist. In doing so, we must resolve...
