Appellant George Bullard was tried without a jury and convicted of transporting and facilitating the transportation and concealment of marihuana, knowing the same to have been imported into the United States contrary to law, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 176a. The only issue presented on appeal is whether there was sufficient evidence to show that appellant had the requisite knowledge that the marihuana had been illegally imported.
