When the appellants, Joseph Canatella, Jr., et al. (Canatella), conveyed to appellee Andrew W. Davis (Davis) much less land than he contracted to purchase, he sued them, appellants Real Estate Title Company, Incorporated (Real Estate Title), which corporation did the title search, and Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation (Lawyers Title), and the broker. A motion to dismiss was granted at the conclusion of all of the evidence...
