Defendant, charged with breaking and entering an occupied dwelling house contrary to MCLA 750.110; MSA 28.305, was convicted upon a jury verdict and sentenced to 10 to 15 years in prison. Defendant appealed as of right and his conviction was affirmed in People v Coates, 11 Mich.App. 537 (1968).
