MORTON, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County awarding the appellee-wife a divorce a mensa et thoro on the ground of constructive desertion. It is contended that the evidence was legally insufficient to justify the issuance of the decree.

The nineteen year old wife and the twenty-three year old husband were married on March 9, 1969....
