This is an appeal from the judgment of the trial court decreeing specific performance of a contract for the sale of real estate.

Plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Leche, as buyers, entered into a contract for the purchase of several hundred acres of land in Noble County from the defendants, Mr. and Mrs. Stout. The total purchase price was $102,000 and the defendants agreed to convey good and merchantable...
