Plaintiff has alleged a claim pursuant to Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a), which provides that one shall be liable in a civil action if he uses a "false designation of origin" or a "false description or representation" in connection with any goods or services entered into commerce.
