The sole question on appeal is whether the district court correctly dismissed appellant's complaint for lack of jurisdiction occasioned by an expiration of the statute of limitations. Mr. Sterner brought suit against the Government under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U. S.C. §§ 1346, 2672-2680 (1964).
