MERHIGE, District Judge.
Elizabeth E. Bemiss petitions for a review of an order of the Honorable Henry D. Evans, Referee in Bankruptcy, entered on March 14, 1972. This Court's jurisdiction is obtained pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 67(c).
