Defendant was convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Dyer Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2312, the interstate transportation of a stolen automobile, knowing it to be stolen. He appeals from the judgment urging numerous contentions of trial error in addition to a preliminary contention of inherent unfairness in the prosecution based upon the circumstances of a pretrial plea bargaining incident...
