By their amended complaint, filed on May 31, 1972, plaintiffs ask for injunctive relief against defendants to restrain and enjoin their proposed action in awarding a contract to erect a fence on the boundary line between 6,816.5 acres of land belonging to the United States Government and adjoining tracts owned by plaintiffs.
