ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS

On February 12, 1965, Walter L. Rogers, armed with a sawed-off shotgun, committed several robberies in Reno area businesses. Rogers fired the shot-gun while committing each of the robberies.
