In these lawsuits a number of coal operators in the Southeastern Tennessee coal fields seek to recover damages of the United Mine Workers of America for alleged violations of the antitrust laws of the United States. The cases were tried several years past by this Court sitting without a jury. The trial, extending over a period of weeks, accumulated a very extensive record, consisting of more than 5600 pages of testimony...
