MORRISON, Judge.

The offense is assault with intent to commit robbery; the punishment, eight (8) years.

The record reflects that three men, one of whom was identified as the appellant, stopped the complaining witness and demanded his money and then stabbed him in the back and in the chest. The complaining witness testified he had $80 with him at the time of the incident and that he later discovered...
