This litigation arises out of a three car collision on Highway 59 near its intersection with Interstate 40. Appellant F. J. Griffith was traveling in a southerly direction, followed by appellee Jimmy Rozell driving an automobile owned by his uncle Edgar Rozell. Griffith attempted a left turn into a Gulf service station.
