This is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus in which the petitioner raises numerous issues. He contends that the proceedings in state court constituted a deprivation of numerous constitutional rights and guarantees. He was indicted by the grand jury of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he, while armed with a dangerous weapon, did rob a grocery store on or about January 9, 1969. He was found guilty...
