Appellee filed a claim for workmen's compensation benefits alleging that she was totally and permanently disabled because of residuals suffered from a cut on one of her fingers. The Commission found that appellee had suffered a 25% functional disability to the body as a whole and further determined that, based upon appellee's age, education and type of work history, she was entitled to a 50% permanent partial disability to the body as a whole.
