The Boeing Company (Boeing) brought this suit against the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO (IAM), District Lodges 142 and 166 of IAM and Local Lodges 773 and 2061 of IAM seeking a declaratory judgment as to the applicability of a collective bargaining agreement to the plaintiff under Section 301 of the Labor-Management Relations Act, as amended, (the Act).1
