The decedent, Bertha H. Skall, was born on September 7, 1875, and died on April 28, 1966, at the age of 90 (Pltf's Ex. 1) (Tr. P. 26).

The decedent's husband, Aaron H. Skall, predeceased her in 1947. She had three brothers who predeceased her, the last of whom, Oscar Heidingsfeld, died on August 3, 1963, at the age of 90. In addition, decedent had two sons, Arthur H. Skall and Robert Skall. Her son Robert was an attorney and predeceased...
