In January 1972, a jury convicted appellant of carrying a dangerous weapon (a pistol) in violation of D.C.Code 1967, § 22-3204. Appellant argues that he is entitled to a new trial because (1) during the selection of the jury the trial court barred him from examining the list of jurors1 which was given to his counsel, and (2) during closing argument the prosecutor characterized him in such a way as to prejudice...
