Petitioners-appellants are the widow and dependent children of decedent, Lonnie Robinson, an employee of the appellee, Twigg Industries, Inc., at the time of his death. Decedent allegedly suffered an injury in the course of his employment. The alleged injury was not reported to the company but Robinson allegedly told other persons of the injury. He died at his home approximately three days later of a ruptured...
