The present appeals are by the defendant, Jacques de Bony de Lavergne, who appeals through a curator ad hoc from a judgment of $600 per month alimony in favor of his wife, June Hockwald de Lavergne, and from a judgment making executory the past due payments in the sum of $5,400 obtained through attachment proceedings and limited to payment out of the property attached, namely, a trust fund.
