This matter is before the Court on petitioner's motion for a writ of habeas corpus under the provision of Title 28, U.S.C., Section 2254. Petitioner was convicted of armed robbery in the Circuit Court, City of St. Louis, Missouri, and sentenced to twelve years imprisonment under the Second Offender Act.
