REDMANN, Judge.

Plaintiff appeals from a judgment dismissing on the merits his suit for damages for false arrest and imprisonment.

Defendants are a bakery employee whose actions resulted in the arrest of plaintiff, the bakery and its insurer. On two separate occasions while delivering bread for the employer, the employee, Thomas Guidry, was the victim of armed robbery. Both robberies were reported to the police....
