This appeal is from the decision of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board1 dismissing an opposition by Aircraft Radio Corp. to an application2 by ARC Sound Limited to register the mark "ARC" for certain musical instruments and accessories therefor, and for "Phonograph Record Players and Tape Recorders and Accessories therefor; and Guitar Amplifiers, * * * and Accessories therefor."
