A suit was filed by Realty Investments, Inc., in the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Tennessee, for damages for the alleged breach of a real estate sales contract by the defendant sellers, C. Eugene Goodwin, et al. After hearing all the proof, the Trial Judge, sitting without a jury, found that the contract had been breached by the defendants and awarded plaintiff damages in the amount of $44,000...
