This is an appeal from a judgment for costs in favor of the defendant, Herbert H. Haft, entered on a jury verdict in an action at law brought by William E. Dixon and Joseph Schwartz for damages for breach of a contract to purchase real estate.1 We shall reverse and remand for a new trial because we are satisfied that the court below erred in denying an instruction requested by the plaintiffs...
