This action, involving a challenge to the jurisdiction of the County Court of the City and County of Denver, was commenced on March 1, 1967, with the filing of a summons and complaint issued pursuant to 1965 Perm.Supp., C.R.S.1963, 37-17-7. This document charged the Plaintiff in Error, and Defendant below, Phil I. Francis, with leaving the scene of an accident (C.R.S.1963, 13-5-18) and failure to give information (C.R.S.1963, 13-5-19).
